Please read these terms carefully. By using 20FOLLOW, you fully agree to all the following conditions without exception.

1. Registration: By registering or using the site, you fully agree to the terms.
2. Compensation Guarantee: Compensation depends on the nature of each service. Please read the description carefully before ordering.
3. Delivery Speed: We do not guarantee instant execution. Speed depends on order volume and demand.
4. Service Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled after execution has started, except within the first 24 hours.
5. Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable and can only be used within the platform.
6. Complaints: Once payment is made, the user has no right to raise financial complaints or claims.
7. Platform Rights: The site reserves the right to suspend or ban accounts in case of misuse or complaints against the platform.
8. No Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled if the system fails to execute them.
9. Cancellation Without Notice: The platform has the right to cancel any order without giving reasons.
10. Repeated Orders: If the same order is placed multiple times for the same account, the second one will be considered automatically completed.
11. Status Change: If the account becomes private during execution, the order will be considered completed.
12. Prices: All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
13. Disclaimer: All orders are executed at the user’s own risk.
14. Essential Condition for Followers Increase: Your account must have at least 1 follower and 1 post or profile picture before requesting a followers increase service.
    This requirement is necessary to avoid delays or suspension of the order and to ensure correct delivery.
    ⚠️ Empty accounts (0 followers and no content) are not eligible for followers increase services.
15. Compensation Policy for Drops: The main reference for compensation is the starting count recorded in the order. If the current number is less, the client must raise the count from any source (even from our site) to reach the correct number.
    📌 Target = Starting Count + Ordered Quantity. If the account is below the target, compensation applies. If equal or above, the order is marked as completed.
    This ensures fairness for both the client and the platform.
16. Support: Available daily from 11:00 AM to 4:00 AM (Saudi time).
    A dedicated team follows up each order with a direct order manager.
    ❗ For inquiries, you must send your Order ID (from the orders section) via Telegram only. Without the Order ID, support cannot check or follow up. ⚠️ Official communication is exclusively on Telegram; no other channels are supported.
