📜 Terms of Use – 20FOLLOW

By using 20FOLLOW, you agree fully to all the following terms and conditions. We strongly recommend reading them carefully before placing any order.

🔰 Refill & Guarantee Policy (Refill)

This section explains in detail how we handle drops in numbers, the difference between guaranteed and non-guaranteed services, and the available compensation methods.

📌 What is “Refill”?

Refill is compensation for followers that drop after an order is completed. Compensation is provided in one of the following ways:

  • ✔️ Sending additional followers (Refill) within 24 to 72 business hours.
  • ✔️ Or a partial monetary compensation for the dropped quantity only, added directly as balance to your account.

🟥 First: Non-Guaranteed Services (No Guarantee)

This type of service does not include any guarantee or refill once the order is completed. Whether the numbers drop or not, the service is considered fully completed from our side and:

  • ❌ No refill will be sent.
  • ❌ No refund or compensation is provided for any drop.

This type of service usually comes with a lower price because it has no guarantee, and is recommended for tests or very short-term campaigns.


🟦 Second: Guaranteed Refill Services (Guarantee Refill)

For services that include a guarantee, we commit to compensating any drop that occurs during the guarantee period specified on the service page. Compensation is provided in one of the following forms:

  • 🔁 Sending extra followers (Refill) until the target number is reached again.
  • 💰 Or partial monetary compensation for the dropped quantity only, added as internal balance.

⏳ Refill / compensation requests are processed within 24 to 72 business hours from the time the request is submitted to support.


⏱️ Available Guarantee Durations

  • 🟩 30-Day Guarantee
    Covers any drop that occurs within 30 days from the order completion date.
  • 🟨 60-Day Guarantee
    Covers drops for 60 days, with priority refill during the guarantee period.
  • 🟧 90-Day Guarantee
    Extended guarantee for 3 months, suitable for accounts that need higher mid-term stability.
  • 🟦 365-Day Guarantee (Full Year)
    The strongest guarantee type, covering drops for one full year from the completion date, according to each service’s detailed policy.

⚠️ Important Notes on Guarantee & Refill

  • 🔸 The guarantee covers drops from the order quantity only, not from old followers that existed on the account before the order.
  • 🔸 If the current follower count is lower than the start count recorded in the order, the client must first raise the count (even using our site) at least back to the recorded start count, then we can compensate for the order quantity only.
  • 🔸 If the drop is from old followers (before the order), compensation may be delayed until the follower count stabilizes and the case is correctly logged in our system.
  • 🔸 Refill / compensation time is 24 to 72 business hours, and may be longer in case of heavy load, service maintenance, or platform updates.
  1. Registration: Creating an account or using the site means you fully agree to all platform terms, conditions, and policies.
  2. Compensation Guarantee: Compensation is applied according to the type of service (with guarantee / without guarantee). You must read each service description and its specific policy before placing an order.
  3. Delivery Speed: Instant delivery is not guaranteed. Actual delivery time depends on the time stated on the service page, plus current load and system status.
  4. Order Cancellation: Cancellation can only be requested while the order is still before “processing” status and before execution starts. Once the order has started, cancellation is only possible if the system fails to deliver the service.
  5. Refund Policy: Funds cannot be refunded back to external payment methods. Balance can only be used inside the site to purchase other available services.
  6. Disputes & Claims: Once payment is made and the order is created, the user may not open external financial disputes beyond our approved compensation policies. All handling is done via our official support channels only.
  7. Right to Suspend / Ban: The platform reserves the right to suspend or ban any account in case of misuse, attempts to abuse the system, or submitting malicious / false reports against the platform.
  8. No Cancellation After Start: Orders cannot be cancelled after execution has started, except if the service cannot be delivered from our side or has been stopped by the provider/source.
  9. Cancellation Without Notice: The platform may cancel any order without stating reasons. In such cases, the order amount will be refunded as balance inside the site if no service was delivered.
  10. Duplicate Orders: If the same service is ordered multiple times for the same account within the same period, the second order may be marked as completed if the final number matches the total quantity of all orders.
  11. Account Status Changes: If the account becomes private, or the username or profile link is changed during delivery, the service will be considered completed and no compensation will be given.
  12. Prices: All prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. New prices apply to new orders only.
  13. Disclaimer: You use all services at your own risk. The platform is not responsible for any decisions or actions taken by social media platforms (such as bans, closures, or restrictions).
  14. Mandatory Condition for Follower Increase Services:
    Your account must have at least one follower and at least one profile picture or post before ordering follower increase services.
    This is required to avoid order delays or failures and to ensure proper delivery.
    ⚠️ Accounts with 0 followers and no content are not eligible for follower increase services.
  15. Drop Compensation Policy (Start Count):
    The main reference for compensation is the start count recorded in the order at the time of creation.
    📌 Target count = start count + ordered quantity.
    If the current count is lower than the target count after the delivery and guarantee period, the case will be reviewed according to the service type and guarantee policy.
    This policy protects both the client’s rights and the platform’s rights by defining drops accurately.
  16. Support & Customer Service:
    Support is available daily from 11:00 AM to 3:00 AM (Saudi time).
    A dedicated team follows up orders for each client through a direct order manager.
    ❗ For any inquiry, you must send your order ID (from the Orders section) via Telegram only.
    Without an order ID, we cannot check or follow up on your request in the system.
    ⚠️ Official communication is exclusively via Telegram. No other communication channels are recognized.

🚫 Prohibited Content & Activities

  • Spiritual / occult content: including “bring back lover”, magic removal, or any promotion of spiritual sheikhs or similar services.
  • Pornographic or adult content: any sexual images, videos, expressions, or promotion of explicit adult accounts.
  • Hate or abusive content: including hate speech or discrimination based on religion, race, ethnicity, or sect.
  • Prohibited services: such as drugs, unknown or unlicensed medications, weapons, or fake / suspicious accounts.
  • Scams and fraud: such as collecting data without consent, making fake promises, or identity impersonation.
  • Platform abuse: any attempt to exploit vulnerabilities, harm systems, or violate the policies of social media platforms.

🚨 If our payment methods are used in any pornographic or unwanted activity, the administration has the right to permanently close the account and ban the owner without any refund.
⚖️ The only possible refund in such cases is through an official court decision issued by a recognized judicial authority.

❗ Any violation of these terms may result in immediate account closure and a permanent ban without prior notice.
